Director, Corporate Governance & Enterprise Initiatives
The Director, Corporate Governance and Enterprise Initiatives (“Director”) supports the organization in the areas of corporate governance, strategic and operational planning, and project management. The Director will report to the President and CEO, collaborate closely with the General Counsel, and support cross-functional project teams. The Director is responsible for acting as a liaison to the SIPC Board of Directors and Board Committees by coordinating Board and Committee meetings and managing documentation related to Board activities. The Director also supports the Senior Leadership Team by managing special projects, organizing enterprise priorities, and supporting the execution of initiatives across the enterprise.
Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Director, Human Resources (“Director”) with the administration of the Human Resources function. This role will have administrative support responsibilities across multiple dimensions of the Human Resources practice including performance management, benefits administration, employee engagement and HR reporting. The Human Resources Coordinator will also provide support to all employees regarding various HR related inquiries which require strict adherence to confidentiality policies. The Human Resources Coordinator will also work to ensure timely and efficient execution of various Human Resources projects.
